This blog post is a part of the ’20 Things You Might Not Know About Me’ Blog Tag started by April from Blacksburg Belle. She began this blog tag experiment to build community among creatives, help us bloggers to connect more and get to know each other better. This month’s topic is all about sharing just a little too much information about yourself. If you’d like to participate or want more info, check out the beginning post right here.
Question 1: How tall are you?
I like to say I’m 5ft 5in, but it is entirely possible that I am closer to 5ft 4in. If you repeat that, I will never admit to it.
Question 2: Do you have a hidden talent? If so, what?
I can scratch my head with my foot. Gross, right?! And I admit to this, because??
Question 3: What’s your biggest blog-related pet peeve?
As a reader, I would say that it makes me sad when posts don’t have pictures. How am I supposed to pin it, people?!
Question 4: What’s your biggest non-blog related pet peeve?
Um, I think it would be when people accidentally bump into/step on you in a crowd and don’t even say they’re sorry. Really?
Question 5: What’s your favorite song?
Roar by Katy Perry because it makes me feel like a warrior woman.

Question 9: Do you have a pet or pets? If so, what kind and what are their names?
Yes, I have an adorable 3 year old dog named Lily. She is half Cocker Spaniel and Poodle, but I refuse to say, cockapoo. Really, we couldn’t come up with a better name for it than that?
Question 10: What are your number one favorite nonfiction and fiction books?
Non-Fiction: You are a Badass by Jen Sincero. It makes me happy every time I read it

On Monday, actually. As I was dropping my son off at day 3 of kindergarten, he decided that school was no longer his thing. As the teacher and parents watched on, he took off running for the parking lot. I was forced to chase him down and carry him to the classroom. I don’t even want to know what was jiggling as I chased him down in a rayon dress. Can you picture it?

In a world without calories, it would be root beer.

[…] awesomely awesome new blogger-bestie, Jen and Company, tagged me for the Blacksburg Belle’s Blog Tag Experiment. I think it is so fun that we are in […]
Jen, you are seriously funny! Labyrinth . . . classic, right? But you’ve not felt it’s true impact until you see your grandchilden recreating some rather inapropriate scenes, (I didn’t think they were, until the kids rendition, :)) some of which nobody should have to endure! It is HI-larious!
Keep up the good work, you are really onto something . . . so engaging!
xoxoxo
Jen – I love The Count of Monte Cristo, too! I haven’t found many people who have read the book but I think it was great! I’m gonna have to read it again, now.
The Labyrinth is a classic! And I need to get on this blog tag. Kris tagged me ages ago… maybe I can crank it out next week.
